Welcome to The Regal Atelier. The following terms and conditions govern all use of our website and the luxury products or services offered. Please read them carefully. By accessing or utilizing the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Bespoke Orders and Measurements

All bridal and couture pieces requested via our "Book a Consultation" are crafted on a made-to-order basis. Final orders are put into production only after achieving client sign-off on measurements, fabric, and design changes.

2. Payments & Cancellations

Orders require a minimum 50% non-refundable advance payment to commence production. Full balance clearance is mandatory prior to dispatch. Order cancellations are not accepted once the fabric cutting phase has commenced.

3. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property associated with the exclusive designs, motifs, embroideries, trademarks, and content published on this website are the sole property of The Regal Atelier. Reproduction or imitation of any designs is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under copyright law.
