Global Shipping

The Regal Atelier proudly offers complimentary global shipping on all bespoke couture orders. Every garment is carefully packaged in our signature archival-quality garment bags and protective heirloom boxes.

• Domestic (India): Complimentary express shipping via Bluedart. Expected delivery is 2–4 business days post-dispatch.
• International: Shipped reliably via DHL Express. Expected delivery is 5–10 business days post-dispatch, subject to customs clearance.
• Import Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Production Timelines

Since every couture piece is made-to-order and involves intricate hand-embroidery, standard production timelines are between 8 to 12 weeks. We recommend placing your bridal orders at least 4 months prior to your events.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the highly bespoke and made-to-order nature of our luxury garments, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Before an order is dispatched from our atelier, rigorous multi-stage quality control checks are performed. If a garment requires an alteration due to an error on our part regarding the submitted measurements, we will undertake the alteration at no additional cost. The client must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the garment.
